Dear Dawn,

I just wanted to take a moment to tell you how incredibly helpful you were in helping me to organize my computer room. It has been literally years since I did anything in that room and it had become a huge stresser for me just trying to get in there and to our computers. As you recall there literally was just a pathway to the computer with stuff piled on either side, the file cabinet & dresser tops overflowing with stuff... I was truly at a loss of where to start so my solution was just to keep piling it on and on. It was the most embarrassing room in my house and that made me feel badly.

You walked in assured me that we could pull it together and make this area a usable room again. You dug right in establishing a plan to restore order and set to it. As I dug through stuff, reminiscing about some of my more treasured items, you would gently bring my back to my purpose and we would keep plugging along together. You set forth a simple plan for us to gain back control of the room and offered simple and low cost ways to keep the room in a usable state. The back of my mind I was concerned you might be looking at some of my more personal clutter but you kept everything professional and that momentarily fear was extinguished nearly as quickly as it arose. I had no doubt my confidential papers would remain just that. Trust is a huge issue when someone enters your home and I felt immediately at ease with you.

I partially appreciated how quickly we were able to restore order to my room. We had that nightmare room pulled together in just over 4 hrs, a chore that would have taken me days I am sure!!! I would certainly have NO qualms about inviting Dawn over again to help me with my clutter and know I would be equally as pleased with the next result.

Both my husband and daughter both commented after stepping into the 'new' room... "Wow, how big the room looks now!" My daughter takes great joy in bringing her friends into the room now to play computer games, the room that was usually off limits due to the disastrous state. To see the room before and after... everyone would know what a huge compliment that was!

Anyone having an area that has been bothersome for any period of do yourself a favor. If you are like me, putting it off thinking you can do it yourself but then never do... Consider Dawn's help, she can get the job done for you and you can feel better about yourself afterwards! Dawn does a great job in offering continual help, and I received several suggestions via email even after our appointment. That was an unexpected bonus.
